DJ Andersen, Inc. is a Twin Cities based Real Estate Developer with a track record of success that reaches back over 20 years. Owner and President Daniel J. Andersen is a 2nd generation Real Estate Developer whose unique talents have created a great deal of success where others have failed.

DJ Andersen’s success in overcoming obstacles in Real Estate Development can be attributed to the strength of a team that has taken many years to assemble and includes some of the best talent in the industry. Long term relationships with great people are extremely important to DJ Andersen and its capital partners are no different. We believe that the major factors driving our success include transparency, a positive work environment, providing a safe-haven for capital, and creating strong profits for partners.
DJ Andersen evaluates hundreds of projects annually and from that pool selects a handful of extraordinary opportunities. At any given time during the year there are 4 to 7 projects ranging in completed value from $60 Million to $100 Million that require capital partners. Some of these partners are institutional such as hedge funds, banks, or family offices, and some are private individual investors looking for portfolio diversification in hard assets. DJ Andersen offers qualified accredited investors the opportunity to earn attractive returns by directly investing either cash or IRA funds into carefully selected Real Estate projects alongside DJ Andersen.
Investment assets are managed by Burke Capital Partners, LLC. Justin Burke serves as Burke Capital’s Managing Director and draws upon 15 years of experience in Investment Real Estate and Asset Management. Burke Capital handles the placement of both IRA and cash investments into both performing and value-add real estate assets with risk management being the highest priority. DJ Andersen is represented by David Hellmuth of Hellmuth & Johnson, a Minnesota Top 25 law firm located in Edina, MN. Mr. Hellmuth is a top Real Estate attorney with a depth of experience in development. He has also provided DJ Andersen with a support team that includes one of the top tax attorneys in the state of Minnesota.
Investment capital from DJ Andersen’s capital partners is held in trust at Hellmuth and Johnson until requirements are met for funds to be drawn for use in the designated project. Draw requirements for capital as well as status of funds is always transparent to Capital Partners.
